Privacy Policy

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.05.2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data for the "New Buildings Gallery" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons;

1. Before initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country, to which the transfer of personal data is planned, provides reliable protection of the rights of the data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet the aforementioned requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent from the data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
